The human rights group's report comes after the coalition acknowledged the United States military was behind a March 17 strike in a western Mosul neighbourhood that residents said killed more than 100 civilians. Townsend said that the early indications are that it was a "clean strike", and that there is "no corroborating evidence" of civilians killed.
