Despite the original FBI investigation finding no evidence of criminal wrongdoing by Clinton or her staff and Comey saying the new batch of emails may not be significant, Trump maintained that line of attack today. Also Trump referred to news that the Justice Department had warned the Federal Bureau of Investigation that Comey's announcement broke protocol, as Justice "trying so hard to protect Hillary Clinton ". Early voting ends statewide on November 5. And like four years ago, there are 17 days of early voting in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. In 2012 , President Barack Obama won Pennsylvania by 310,000 votes and Virginia by 149,000. That's welcome news for voters who were deterred by long lines at some polling sites last week. So it makes sense that Clinton has been pushing early voting in Florida this week, while Trump and Kaine are swinging through OH; it makes more sense to be there now. (more...)
